How Spinal Decompression Therapy Works

The upper half of the table remains stationary while the lower half, to which the person is harnessed, moves back and forth to provide traction and relaxation to the back.

This procedure is completely painless as it gently stretches the spine without putting too much force on the back. So the person shouldn’t be able to feel any discomfort except for a moderate stretch in the spinal area.
