–Dermal fillers: some of the dermal fillers we offer at Golden Health & Beauty Center for hand rejuvenation include Restylane and Radiesse. Both of these fillers help restore volume to the back of your hands by boosting collagen production with nearly instantaneous results. The main difference between the two fillers is the ingredients; whereas Restylane is made from hyaluronic acid (HA), which is a sugar molecule that naturally occurs in your body, Radiesse contains calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) gel microspheres, which is made from phosphate and calcium ions that also naturally occur in the body.
–Laser skin resurfacing: options for laser skin resurfacing include fractional ablative lasers, intense pulsed light (IPL), or Erbium non-ablative laser skin resurfacing. Laser skin resurfacing is a good option for improving the appearance of wrinkles, sunspots, and hyperpigmentation.
